Approx. 800 m from sandy beach is located the hotel Malia Mare. At the beach, there are sun loungers and sun umbrellas for a fee available. The tourist centre is only a few metres away. The town Heraklion is around 35 km away (Agios Nikolaos around 35 km). A supermarket can be reached after around 50 m. There are restaurants and bars within a very short distance of the hotel.
