General description:
The hotel King Minos Retreat Resort and Spa, especially popular with honeymooners, is located approx. 150 m from a sandy beach. At the beach are sun loungers and sun umbrellas for a fee available. The town Malia is around 9 km away (Heraklion around 27 km). A supermarket can be reached after around 300 m. It is 700 m from the hotel to the nearest bars and restaurants. Also the nearest disco is around 700 m away. For mobility during your holiday, there are a taxi rank as well as a bus stop in a distance of around 300 m and a car rental company. The airport (HER) is approx. 27 km away. Another airport (CHQ) is located approx. 170 km away.

Completely renovated in 2023, the 2-storey resort consists of a main building and 2 adjoining buildings, and has 142 rooms in total. It is equipped with a 24h reception (check-in from 15:00, check-out until 11:00), a lobby with bar, 4 lifts, an air conditioning as well as a parking area (for free). For the meals, there is a restaurant (air-conditioned). You will be warmly welcomed in both the hotel’s bars. WiFi is available for free. Room cleaning and concierge service are free of charge. Room service and laundry service are available for a fee.
Pool:
